M365 Backup Trial Sign Up Form

Thanks for your interest in a Vault365 M365 Backup 30-day trial. The items listed below are
required in order to initiate the trial:

Admin Security Account to be created on Tenant

• Veeam365@domain – assign lowest level of office licence.
• Password to be sent via SMS to Vault365 on 083 317 2447.

Roles and Permissions to be assigned to the above account:

• Global Admin – can be removed after all applications have been installed.
• Exchange Online Admin – Required for backing up Mail.
• SharePoint Admin – Required for backing up SharePoint.
• Teams Admin – only if Teams backup is required.

N.B. To to have the full backup experience for Teams, there are a few extra requirements that need to be applied to the Tenant. Also note that egress costs will apply when backing up Teams data.

Microsoft MFA is enabled for authentication via the MS Authenticator App or Mobile.

Microsoft Tenant Report

As part of the Vault365 Cloud Backup trial, we will complete a detailed assessment of your Microsoft tenant, analysing multiple elements of your tenant including licensing and storage.
